The introduction is done by experienced EcoStep consultants.
You have the choice between a group and an individual consultation.

Group Counseling:

4 workshop days of system training for the management and one other employee.
4 days of consulting in the company - Please note that we can only offer group consulting if at least four companies in local proximity are registered.

Individual Counseling:

At least five days of consulting in the company.

All companies receive a guide for the introduction of the system as well as sample templates, including checklists, work instructions and operating instructions.

Certification:

After implementation, certification is carried out by an external certification company.
