The introduction is provided by experienced EcoStep consultants.
You can choose between a group or individual consultation.

Group Counseling:

4 workshop days of system training for the management and one other employee
4 days of consulting in the company - Please note that we can only offer group consulting if at least four companies in the local area are registered.

Individual Counseling:

At least five days of consulting in the company.

All companies receive a guide for the introduction of the system as well as sample templates, including checklists, work instructions and operating instructions.

Certification:

After implementation, certification is carried out by an external certification company on site

Actuality:

The system is revised annually in collaboration with Geisenheim University. Certified companies are actively involved in the further development as the "EcoStep Wine Working Group". Among other things, the annual mandatory workshop serves this purpose. Interested parties can exchange views on current topics in a forum. All changes to the system are agreed with the certification company GUTcert.
